GO3 Solutions (“GO3”) is a fast-paced, growth-stage startup that provides marketing solutions to small and midsize retailers and service providers.

GO3 facilitates added value to retailers by providing solutions that include, Gift Cards, Loyalty Cards, Websites and online Marketing solutions delivered via text to name a few.

Position Title: Director of Sales

Location: New York, NY

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve Company objectives
  • Leverage your existing client relationships and partnerships to drive incremental business development channels and programs
  • Meet with key clients, prospects, and partners to maintain relationships and close deals
  • Work cross functionally to ensure company success and ultimate client satisfaction
  • Must be able to communicate accurate and timely forecasts to multiple levels of management
  • Actively participate in the preparation and execution of sales plans, events and campaigns
  • Responsible and accountable for meeting required sales/revenue targets

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, motivate, coach, and mentor a sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • Orientation and Capability to Drive for Results toward agreed upon goals and objectives
  • 10+ years with a proven track record or success with sales and payment processing services expertise, required
  • Thorough knowledge and successful use of digital and social media sales tools including CRM, LinkedIn, Hoovers, etc.
  • Proven experience managing and building successful and profitable sales teams, both inside and outside, direct and non-direct sales forces.
  • A proven track record of driving profitable growth and demonstration of established relationships.
